1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers who utilize our self-storage services in the UAE. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. -
2. Use of Services
Our storage units are offered for personal and business storage purposes only. You must be 18 years or older to enter into a storage agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking with us. -
3. Prohibited Items
You are strictly prohibited from storing the following items: Hazardous or flammable materials (gas, oil, paint, etc.) Illegal items (drugs, stolen property, weapons) Perishable food or plants Living animals or humans Currency, precious metals, or high-value items without prior disclosure Violation of this clause may lead to immediate termination of your agreement. -
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed via our website or through authorized staff. Payment must be made in advance for the selected storage duration. We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. Late payments may result in penalties, restricted access, or disposal of stored items as per UAE law. -
5. Access to Units
Customers can access their storage units during our business hours. Emergency or after-hours access may be available with prior notice and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for security or maintenance purposes. -
6. Security & Liability
Our facility is monitored by CCTV and security systems. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings unless caused by proven negligence on our part. You are encouraged to obtain your own insurance for stored items. -
7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing at least 7 days’ written notice. If you leave your items beyond the agreed date without renewal, we reserve the right to dispose of or auction them as per UAE regulations. -
8. Changes to Services
We may modify our services, pricing, or terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon publication. -
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts. -
